We charge a standard hourly rate for development. The price of any particular job depends on how many hours are involved. We would estimate a number of hours based on the job specification.

We do accept customisation requests for our SaaS platforms however we charge as if the request is a development request, and we consider these requests only under the condition that the intellectual property remains with us.

Software

Our software has a range of prices depending on your needs and the tier of service you require.

We do not sell our software — we simply create a new instance for you on our servers, and you rent the software for the duration of your need (SaaS model).

Pricing varies according to institution type; for example, we charge a school less than a university, and individual citizens less than companies. Typically there is a monthly “per seat” license for each user.

Hosting Environment

We offer these hosting options:

Your hosting environment will depend on your server load, i.e., how much traffic you incur. All our solutions are Linux-based, and we do not expose clients to malware or ransomware risks.

All our solutions are hosted at a data centre which has loadshedding protection.
